Pros: Long established site dating back to 2006.
The chat rooms are popular and high traffic.
It's free to use and requires no registration.
Cons: The DigiChat software that ChatCache uses, while popular with users, is commonly used on many chat sites and can get old. The software itself has had few updates since it's launch in 1997.
Summary: ChatCache has some of the most popular free chat rooms online.
